- Submit Application form : After browsing through your preferred puppy, fill out the application form to start the process and submit to us for review .
- Application Confirmation: We take much considerations before giving out our puppies for Adoption. That way after submitting your Application form, we will review and get back to you with conclusion via your email address or phone number provided. This Process only takes us a few minutes to complete
- Puppy Arrival/pick up: schedule a meet and greet day or delivery expectation day for your new puppy and Get all the essentials ready for your new furry family member.
Adoption Fee
At our organization, We put in a lot of effort to keep these puppies healthy, well-trained and microchip them them before sending them to for ever homes which is why we request an adoption fee of $800 for each puppy. This fee reflects the love and care we provide, including our take-home package expenses. With this fee, we cover the costs of health testing, vet care, feeding, training supplies, and other expenses to ensure that our puppies are happy and well-cared for.
Take Home Package
When adopting a puppy from us, you can rest assured that we provide the best care and resources for your new fur baby. Our adoption package includes:
- Medical record booklets
- A booklet with valuable information on how to address and understand puppy behaviors, especially if this is your first time owning a cavapoo/Maltipoo puppy
- Hand-selected favorite play toys for your puppy
- A cozy medium cotton crate for cuddling
- An adoption contract form to finalize the transfer of ownership from us to you.
Payments
Reservation
When reserving a puppy from us, we kindly request a $400 deposit to secure your chosen puppy in your names and remove them from the available puppies list. This deposit is a part of the $800 adoption fee and will be refunded if you decide not to adopt the puppy within 24 hours after the scheduled pick-up date.
Immidiate Adoption
Once your adoption application is approved and you are prepared to take your puppy home, a full deposit of $800 adoption fee must be submitted before we can proceed with the delivery process or before you pickup your puppy at our location.
Refund Policy
When considering adopting a puppy from us, please understand that it is a significant decision that requires thoughtful deliberation. We are dedicated to matching our adopters with the most suitable puppy that aligns with their lifestyle and environment. While we are confident that you will find the perfect companion, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the rare event that the pairing is not ideal, we offer a refund or a one-time exchange for a different puppy that better suits your needs. Our commitment to providing a seamless adoption experience remains unwavering. Please keep in mind that any exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of adoption, and the puppy can only be exchanged once.
